All you need to make a sealed wet room. A simple DIY solution for ready - to - tile floor & walls, instructions supplied.

Needs boarding between or over joists.

Shapes : Rectangles, Square, Circles or Ovals

Thin Base: 20 mm, 24mm, 27mm fits flush with floorboards, ie level access, no step.

Trimmable edges: 160mm ( or more with care )

Drain: Central or Offset, Horizontal, or Vertical pipe outlet.

Floor Type: Concrete or timber joists, all types no limit.

Tanking Kit: Seals the wet area including joints & corners.

Contents: Showerlay ( floor former) , drain, stainless steel grid, pipe reducer, 8k Lastogum tanking, 10 mt tape, 2 internal corners, 2 pipe collars, 1 litre primer, Brush. Shower screen (optional extra). Instructions.

Tools needed: Spirit level 900 - 1200 long, 3inch brush, craft knife, handsaw or circular saw ( to cut floorboard), screwdriver, 2 & 3 inch screws, hammer, 4 inch nails, silicone or flexible tile adhesive .

These are some of our kits. Many other permutations are possible with a little imagination, incorporating hinged doors or fixed screens, or both. A level access floor will be achieved providing there is room for the drain (83mm deep).The floor will have no step (but see FAQ's).

MAXXUS-IN-A-BOX 3rd generation wet deck, our latest product. Immensely strong spans joists with 75 stone (470kilo) load. Needs no under-boarding or drain support box. Fast 1 hour install (plus tanking). Maxxus is 22mm thick at the edges Maxxus has a 50mm flat perimeter band, therefore the maximum showering area is 100mm less than the size shown. Drain projection beneath tray = 62mm (horizontal outlet only) or 127mm (vertical outlet only) Drain flow is 47 litres per minute. Easily converted into a full kit by the addition of a fixed BETA screen panel or BETA hinged door 2000mm high in 6mm, 8mm or 10mm clear or satinised. BETA screens are totally frameless and minimalist;brochures on request. KIT PRICES include 6mm clear BETA screens and hardware at widths stated, but widths of 300mm to 1400mm are available. BETA screens and doors are all-British to BS6206 Class A. Kit Contents: 1 – Maxxus for level access 1 - Minimax drain c/w stainless grid.
